The Strength Workshop is a private training experience
located in Lancaster California. The Strength Workshop
is designed to improve health and fitness by improving
muscular strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health,
nutrition planning, and mental focus.

A strong body nourishes a strong mind. When you are fit
and alert you are an asset to others. Strength training
assists you to perform at your best for family, career, or
sports team.

The Strength Workshop will develop a plan that meets
your current abilities and leads you to ever higher levels
of strength and confidence.

Strength Workshop combines the following to optimize your
performance and strengthen your body:
  • Traditional weight training for strength and performance using
    Olympic free-weights, cables, dumbbells, and body weight
    exercises for full range of motion and true functional strength. All
    fully supervised and performed with safety in mind.
  • Alternative training methods that include whole body vibration
    training, suspension training, and gyrotonic pulley training.
  • Sports nutrition meal planning (build lean muscle - burn fat)
  • Flexibility training
  • Online support for questions, current research articles,
    newsletters, tips and tricks for optimizing health.

  • Affordable introductory rates: $150 for Beginner package of 8 - 40
    min. sessions monthly (two a week), $225 Intermediate pkg. 8 -60
    min. sessions (2x a week) or 12 - 40 min. sessions (3x a week)
    monthly, $300 Advanced 12 - 60 min. sessions monthly.
