acupuncture.
3-5-09 196 lbs 17% bf (not too
great) Not much new progress
wise. Made it through the
holidays with abs still up for the a
strong spring and lean summer.
8-8-09 188.5lbs Working
on a new strength
program. Even got a little
leaner. So, I will have to
eat a bit more to bring up
the muscle mass.
8-20-09 Checking in on the
legs. Getting stronger, but
still have some issues with
size.
Back into the 15% body fat
hate giving up size for
leaning out. Have been
doing metabolic work with
suspension training. Great
workout. Made my own
suspension trainer straps
from motorcycle tiedowns
from Lowes ($15.95) -
beats the TRX for $149!
9-13-09 194 lbs. Working
on some definition and a
little extra size. Always
interesting to see what
small manipulations in
diet and exercise routine
can do to change the
body.
The two pictures above represent my initial transition from declining health and attitude to a healthy
body and positive attitude. I looked in the mirror one day and saw that the person that I thought I
was, was no longer reflected. My waistline had increased to the mid 40's, my cholesterol and
triglycerides were very high, my energy was low and my self esteem was declining. I made a choice
to get educated on proper nutrition, exercise and positive visualization. I created a plan to improve.
Then, I put that plan into action. To keep myself on track for the long term, I continue to check in on
my commitment with regular check-ups and progress pictures.

holding up well.A little
heavier, but no big
changes. If each year
I get older I can still
maintain this look, I'll
be happy.
