Private Studio Training
Strength Workshop offers a unique opportunity to workout in a
completely private setting. If you have hired a trainer before you
know what it is like
to work under the restrictions of a crowded gym
while your trainer counts out reps and
gets distracted by questions
from other members or
his/her buddies. (Yes, even I can be guilty of
that one sometimes)

Our Workshop is a one on one private training studio. It is just you
and the trainer dedicated to your strength. The Workshop allows you
to fully focus on your goals without the distractions and annoyances
of a crowded gym, distracted trainers and well meaning, yet
talkative, friends.

This unique Workshop is located on our
private property and our business is
licensed by the City of Lancaster.


At the Workshop you will use brand-name
strength equipment that will allow you to
perform all the traditional power moves
that effectively build strength and a great
looking body.
Here's What You Get:
  • Private Studio training with access to a complete array of barbell and
    dumbbell work, safety rack for bench press and squats, functional
    training with cables, smith machine, cardio work, and flexibility training.
  • Sports nutrition meal planning and counseling (build lean muscle - burn
    fat)
  • Mental skills training for sports or daily life (goal setting, motivation)
  • Online support for questions, current research articles, newsletters, tips
    and tricks for optimizing health.
