Private Studio Training
The Strength Workshop offers a unique opportunity to workout in a
completely private setting. Our Workshop is a one on one private training
studio. It is just you and the trainer dedicated to your strength. The
Workshop allows you to fully focus on your goals without the distractions
and annoyances of a crowded gym and well meaning, yet talkative, friends.
This unique Workshop is located on our private property and our business
is licensed by the City of Lancaster.

At the Workshop you will use a variety of strength equipment that will
allow you to perform traditional power moves and
follow strength training
programs that effectively build a stronger and better perfoming body.
  • Traditional tried and tested weight training with barbells and dumbbells, kettlebells, smith
    machine, leg press and bodyweight movements.

  • Modern, scientifically backed range of motion/functional training with cables, suspension
    straps, and sandbags.

  • Cardiovascular conditioning using circuit training, power stepper, water-rower, spin bike and
    cross-training routines.

  • Sports nutrition meal planning and counseling (build lean muscle - burn fat)

  • A private one-on-one session that is flexible to meet your particular needs.

Progress Check:  The aim of a well designed fitness program is long term results! I
follow the same programs I teach. Following a targeted three day a week program and
proper attention to nutrition I have maintained a lean and muscular physique.      
                           March 2015, 183lb 15.3% body fat.
Even Trainers have to train. Hard at work turning fat to muscle. I spent years going to
acupuncture and chiropractic treatments for debilitating low back issues. The pain
was starting to make me depressed, and I finally took notice of my increasing belly
fat, high cholesterol and blood work that showed pre-diabetic factors. I made the
choice to take responsibility for my health. I studied to become certified in fitness
training and tested out what I learned on myself. It works! The trick is to keep doing it.  
It is my wish to help others make lifelong changes to their health as well and take
responsibility for wellness into their own hands..
Todays big box gyms often leave members to wander around their very
fancy and expensive fitness machines without any guidance on proper
technique and approach to fitness. When they do offer personal training
