Private Studio Training
Strength Workshop offers a unique opportunity to workout in a
completely private setting. If you have hired a trainer before you
know what it is like to work under the restrictions of a crowded gym,
waiting for equipment to be available and avoiding a variety of
inevitable distractions.

Our Workshop is a one on one private training studio. It is just you
and the trainer dedicated to your strength. The Workshop allows you
to fully focus on your goals without the distractions and annoyances
of a crowded gym and well meaning, yet talkative, friends.

This unique Workshop is located on our
private property and our business is
licensed by the City of Lancaster.

At the Workshop you will use a variety of
strength equipment that will allow you to
perform traditional power moves and
experience cutting edge technologies that
effectively build strength and a great
looking body.
Here's What You Get:
  • Private Studio training with a complete array of traditional strength
equipment including barbells and dumbbells, safety racks, smith
