Strength - Endurance - Flexibility - Mental Focus The Strength Workshop delivers sound strength training principles to make your body more powerful, lean, and useful. Through both traditional and non-traditional training methods the Strength Workshop will help you improve strength, posture, balance, power, and the overall shape and look of your body.
